Automotive ISO26262: Road Vehicles Functional Safety

General approach:

    • The exida approach is to explain how the ISO 26262 requirements can be fulfilled, and not only to show and introduce the requirements of the ISO 26262.
    • The ISO 26262 defines the route, typical solutions are exemplified using e.g. tools delivered or recommended by exida.com (SafetyCaseDB, FMEDA-Tools, Enterprise Architect and other).

Course topics:

      • Section 1 (1 day):
        • Overview of ISO 26262 Management of Functional Safety From Item definition to System design
      • Section 2 (1.5 days):
        • Hardware Development according to ISO 26262 and Quantitative Evaluation
      • Section 3 (1.5 days):
        • Development of safety related Software, Verification & Testing according to ISO 26262

Duration:    4 days
 
Schedule:   1st day 10.00 - 18.00; 2nd day 09.00 - 17.00; 3rd day 09.00 - 17.00; 4th day 9.00 - 17.00;
 
                    Participation in the individual training modules DE0201 (Introduction), DE0202 (HW part), DE0203 (SW part) is also possible.

Language:  English or German in agreement with the participants. The training material will be in English.

Location:    ONSITE at our training rooms to exida.com GmbH office, Prof. - Messerschmitt-Straße 1 - D-85579, Neubiberg / Germany or ONLINE

Certificate: Each participant gets a letter of attendance.
                    After the end of the 4th day there is a possibility to do the FSP exam. This is optional and free of charge.
                    An CFSE/P exam will be given on the 5th day of the training week. This is also optional.
