Philipp Hanzik

Mr. Philipp Hanzik is an Functional Safety engineer since 2019 with engineering experience in the whole mechatronics environment - from mechanical over software to electronical hardware development.

After 5 years of practical experience as a mechatronic craftsman, he studied mechatronics at the Technical Highschool in Nurnberg and graduated in 2016. He started his career at Baumüller GmbH as an Application engineer for electric automation and drive systems.

In 2019 he joined exida as a safety engineer. He is now responsible for mechanical and electrical FMEDAs in mainly process- as well as machinery-industries. In the automotive industry he supports development of autonomous driving. He also has knowledge regarding functional safety for robotics and is giving robotic trainings at exida.
