SHAS-AI targets the HW/SW security and Al-based high-risk systems intersection, aiming to enhance the security, resilience, automated testing, and continuous assessment of Al systems.

About SHAS-AI

Set to begin in November 2025 and involving 16 partners, SHAS-AI aspires to:

Ensure a secure lifecycle management of AI-based systems.
Increase trust in AI-based systems for both HW and SW.
Decrease person effort to ensure cybersecurity operations.
Increase response and lower recovery time.

Main Activities

Its key activities include:

Defining a trustworthy framework for the development, deployment, and use of AI.
Defining project’s end-user, AI System’s security requirements from use cases.
Implementing an End-to-End Framework for Secure Supply Chain.
Implementing Secure-by-design SW and HW for AI Systems.
Implementing a virtual platform for AI Systems Security Testing.
Implementing AI-enhanced security services.
Operating AI Systems through a continuous security assessment platform.
Validating the solutions in relevant environments.
